For the wear problem, the traditional solution is repair welding or machining repair after brush plating, but both of them have some disadvantages: the thermal stress caused by repair welding high temperature can not be completely eliminated, which is easy to cause material damage and lead to bending or fracture of parts; Brush plating is limited by the thickness of the coating and is easy to peel off, and the above two methods use metal to repair the metal, which can not change the "hard to hard" coordination relationship, and will still cause re wear under the comprehensive action of various forces. For some large bearing enterprises, it is impossible to solve it on site, and they have to rely on outsourcing repair. Contemporary western countries mostly use the modification method of polymer composites for the above problems, which has strong adhesion, excellent compressive strength and other comprehensive properties. The application of polymer materials for repair can avoid disassembly and machining. There is no influence of repair welding thermal stress, and the repair thickness is not limited. At the same time, the metal materials of the product do not have the concession, which can absorb the impact and vibration of the equipment, avoid the possibility of re wear, greatly prolong the service life of equipment components, save a lot of downtime for the enterprise and create great economic value.

For the leakage problem, the traditional method needs to replace the sealing gasket or apply sealant after dismantling and opening the reducer, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also difficult to ensure the sealing effect, and there will be leakage again in operation. The high polymer material can treat the leakage on site. The material has superior adhesion, oil resistance and 350% tensile degree, which overcomes the influence caused by the vibration of the reducer and solves the problem of reducer leakage for the enterprise.

Because there are many types, specifications and parameters of the reducer, many people in the industry do not know how to select the correct type, so it is normal for the user to have problems in the selection, resulting in the damage of the reducer or short service life; There is also a very important problem. In order to reduce the cost, some equipment manufacturers and user manufacturers choose one or two smaller specifications of the reducer model. When the reducer model is small, the price will come down. This is also a main reason why the reducer often has problems.
