The common methods to manage the oil leakage of reducer equipment include adjustment method, fastening method, dredging method, sealing and coating method, plugging method, repair method, replacement method, transformation method, etc.
(1) Adjustment method: adjust the oil pressure of the hydraulic smoothing system, reduce the system pressure, adjust the sliding bearing, and reduce the gap between the bearing hole and the journal, so as to reduce the leakage of the equipment caused by excessive overflow. Adjust the oil scraping equipment, such as the looseness, tightness, high and low of the felt, so as to overcome the problem of oil leakage caused by the failure of the oil scraping equipment. (2) Fastening method: after fastening the screws, nuts and pipe joints at the leakage part, the appearance of oil leakage caused by the looseness of the connection part can be eliminated. Generally, in the process of leakage treatment, pay attention to check the fastening condition of each connecting part. In the ordinary protection and maintenance, it is also necessary for the operator to pay attention to this question. It is necessary to find the loose parts and fasten them immediately, so as to prevent the appearance of oil leakage or other unexpected problems and incidents.
(3) Dredging method: ensuring the dredging of oil return is an important method to manage oil leakage. On the oil return channel, if the oil return hole is too small, the layout is unreasonable and blocked by dirt, the oil return hole shall be expanded in time, the dirt shall be removed and dredged, or a new oil return hole groove pipeline may be added. When the oil circuit is dredged, the opportunity of smooth oil leakage is reduced.
(4) Sealing and coating method: as for the pipe joint, the sealing glue can be applied at the joint of the box for sealing and fastening to eliminate the appearance of leakage. Sealing and coating method has the characteristics of simple method, significant effect, low cost and wide adaptability. Generally, 70 ~ 80% of the equipment in the factory can be treated by sealing and coating in different processes.
(5) Repair method: for example, if the connection surface of the box cover is not tight, it shall be scraped and repaired. When oil leakage occurs at the pipe joint due to improper oil pipe bell mouth, the oil pipe bell shall be repaired. Hydraulic smooth control system components sometimes form external oil leakage or internal oil leakage due to burr, strain and deformation. Usually, when there is little doubt, the oil leakage problem under this condition can also be eliminated by repair method.
(6) Plugging method: especially for castings with sand holes and through holes, plugging method can be selected for leakage control. For example, epoxy resin can be used to block the sand holes in the box or the screw holes that have been penetrated. In addition, lead blocks and other materials can be used for plugging. (7) Replacement method: when the oil leakage of the equipment is due to the wear of seals and the damage of relevant parts and cannot be corrected, it shall be replaced. When replacing parts, pay attention to the appropriate cooperation between new parts and related parts. Prevent the original oil leakage problem is solved, and the new oil leakage problem appears again.
(8) Transformation method: in the process of leakage control, sometimes it is necessary to improve the sealing material, change the fastening method, convert the smooth medium, change the oil return direction and improve the leakage prevention method, so as to eliminate the leakage appearance of the equipment. There are many ways to treat leakage with transformation method. Generally, attention should be paid not to affect the normal operation of the equipment and not to damage the original strength and stiffness of the equipment. Pay attention to this question when adding oil return groove, expanding screw hole, adding oil pan, etc.
